Volunteers selected for PNEx 2025 will receive 50% off the standard Basic Registration fee of $267. In exchange, all volunteers are required to serve a minimum of two full days during the event. Meals will be provided during assigned volunteer shifts, and volunteers may attend sessions during their off-duty hours.

Please note : Volunteer registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable. PNEx reserves the right to assign and adjust volunteer roles as needed to support event operations. Volunteers must also participate in any scheduled orientation or training prior to the event.
