Randi Norfleet

Randi Norfleet is one of the nation’s leading analytical thinkers and innovative change agents in the business community. Throughout her professional career of more than two decades for Fortune 500 global companies, she has led business and franchise teams from strategic planning to successful execution of campaigns from grassroots to grass tops. Her passion for underserved and marginalized communities began early in her career from a leadership role in the first New York City Cares Coat Drive to leading a nationwide campaign for a major pharmaceutical company to reduce heart disease among Black Americans. As an entrepreneur herself, Randi has a unique ability to conceptualize the objectives and tactics of projects of various businesses from start-ups to launch and setting the stage for sustained organic growth. Her expertise in strategic planning and business development is remarkable both from an insight and execution point of view. Her ability to conceptualize in a simple manner complex business issues as a foundation for strategic planning is extraordinarily unique. Randi has proven experience and history of leveraging technology in businesses as well as the convergence of music and entertainment technology platforms. Randi’s talent lends itself naturally and organically to helping companies stay relevant in an ever-changing business landscape. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and English from the State University of New York at Albany. She was awarded a Certificate of Marketing Excellence from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her professional accomplishments include a Six Sigma Green Belt as well as being a recipient of the prestigious Coro Fellowship, which is awarded at the post-graduate level. By winning this fellowship, Randi served as a legislative aid in the New York State Assembly. She currently resides in Westchester County.
