BIOGRAPHY INFORMATION
Pamm McNeil, known as the Teen Transformer is dedicated to serving African-American families of college-bound teenagers as they prepare for competitive college admission, career, and life choices in partnership with non-profit organizations, churches, fraternities and sororities, corporations and small businesses, colleges and universities, and other dedicated individuals to provide insight, knowledge, guidance, encouragement, community, and support for ultimate success even in the midst of institutional disenfranchisement and white privilege, potential racism, discrimination, or implicit bias.
