After earning her law degree from Southern University Law School in 2004 and a Master’s in Tax Law from Southern Methodist University in 2005, Joi established her own law practice, The Hunt Law Group, PC, and launched Quick Money Tax Service in 2007. Her entrepreneurial ventures expanded into the beauty industry with the creation of Crème de la Crème Hair and the salon franchise Super Weave Xpress, which grew to 10 locations across Texas and Louisiana.
In 2017, Joi ventured into the automotive industry, co-owning a multi-million-dollar auto dealership and collision shop in Houston. Her diverse business portfolio includes ventures in weight loss supplements, gym and fitness, tax preparation, auto rentals, and dealership consulting.
