De’Monica Cooper Amerson was born to serve children and youth of all ages. From a young child, she knew she wanted to go into the service industry to teach, inspire, and coach children to “See the GREAT they were Purposed to Be!”
DeMonica chose to attend Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas. There she majored in Interdisciplinary Studies (elementary education) and minored in English.
After graduating from Prairie View in 2002 she became employed with the Spring Independent School District as an elementary teacher. Seeing and understanding the challenges that young girls and boys faced due to her own life experiences, she received a vision for Imagine Me Enterprises, an organization mentoring and coaching young ladies to achieve their dreams and goals. With a strong desire and goal for building and promoting self-love, self-esteem, and self-awareness in young ladies, she continues to inspire children all around the world.
DeMonica now works with young ladies around the Texas, Louisiana, and D.C. areas speaking at seminars and conferences catering to the younger generations.
Her vision was not only to speak to young people but it also led her to write her first novel; Left but Not Alone, Finding True Love Within. After seeing that youth and young adults were facing the most difficult times in life, De’Monica created “Motivational Conversations” a weekly inspirational conference call for youth and young adults featured around the world. The phone call turned literary project, has reached youth and young adults around the world with a message of hope and love through simple talks with Jesus Christ.
She was recently featured on the Steve Harvey Talk Show and in Essence Magazine’s 2011 issue. DeMonica is a four-time author with more literary projects in the works. She acquired her life coach certification as well and has since coached several youths under her brand, Millionaire Child Coach.
Her drive and passion for life come from knowing that she has helped youth and young adults learn to embrace self-love, believe beyond what they see, and to ENJOY THEIR JOURNEY in discovering their unique selves!
DeMonica is married to her college sweetheart George Amerson and they have two beautiful daughters. She currently serves as an Elementary Principal in Spring Independent School District.
