Agreement

AGREEMENT TERMS

• 1. All PowerMentors are expected to handle all their own hotel, air, & food expenses.
• 2. TEAMWORK MAKES PNEx WORK: Please consider this a “Family Reunion where everybody brings something to the table.” As a vital “revenue generating” PowerMentor, your role is crucial in ensuring the success of the PNEx event by actively participating in our new and robust “10 to WIN Registration Drive.” This initiative is designed to fill our sessions with enthusiastic participants who are eager to learn and grow. To facilitate this, we invite you to join our affiliate program where you can significantly benefit from each registration processed through your unique link. This is an excellent opportunity to earn while you contribute to filling the event with the right attendees.

• 3. For every four registrations you sell over the required ten, not only will you earn your commission, but we also reward you with a free hotel night, ensuring that your commitment is recognized and valued. This approach underlines our philosophy that working together propels us all towards greater success.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

• 3. Each PowerMentor has an opportunity to add to their sales by securing a booth in Faculty Row for a special rate of only $800.00...The standard rate is $1500.

BOOTH AND TABLE GUIDELINES

• In cooperation and respect to fellow PowerMentors: no microphones, loud music is allowed in your booth.
• A maximum of 4 chairs are allowed in your booth. Your booth will be set up with a table in vertical format so that chairs are not extending into the aisle. In addition, you must monitor your booth to only take participants sitting in the chairs within the confines of your booth. This allows you to focus on those individuals with minimum distractions. Ideally, you should be closing your sales in your workshop. In 2024 there will be plenty of booth time.
• All sales from your workshop and booth are to be included in the revenue share. Minimum sales production goal $15k.

STAGE REVENUE SHARING MODEL

• All PowerMentors will receive a preliminary sales form to turn in onsite at the end of the PNEx event of your sales totals.
• All revenue share payments are to be submitted within 10 business days from the PNEx event.
• If you take deposits or payment plan, PNEx must receive its share from any monies collected.
• Payment Plans for any package under $1000 require half down and balance in thirty days.
• Large ticket items $2000+, payment plans should require a minimum of 50% down and no longer than 3 months. Consider setting up a PayPal account or a PNEx 3rd party company for financing people. (Please advise)
• All PowerMentors are to have a clear cancellation policy and a stellar customer care program in place. This should be communicated on all hard copy and digital sales forms, and a copy must be provided for the office.
• For quality control purposes, an Excel spreadsheet report must be emailed to Executive Administrator Delano A. Johnson at mailto:delanojohnson@frasernet.com with revenue share payment.
• To prepare for the PNEx event, all PowerMentors are expected to participate in the next faculty conference call (Saturday May 11, 7 pm EST).

• We have replaced our coupon code system. We now have a full functional affiliate program with 3 tiers for payout to you, your people, and your people’s people. See the payout schedule below. You get 20% of all your sales, you can also sign up people using your unique link located in your dashboard.

PNEx 2024 Products

PERMISSION

• 6. You give us permission to utilize (replay and for retail) all video and audio recordings of your presentations and interviews at no cost to FraserNet.

CREATIVE ASSETS, BIO & PHOTOS

• a) Signed agreement (Sign at the bottom)
• b) Hi Res Photo and Updated 75-word, narrative bio
• c) A “proper title” for your presentation workshop (10 words or less)
• d) 40 words or less description of your presentation and your workshop
• e) A copy of your back of the room “product description” pricing and sales agreement.

Special Notes:

• A. Remember PNEx receives its fair share of any funds collected, not when the customer has paid in full, but as the customer pays you.
• B. Revenue share payment is due 5 days after the PNEx event end date on the July 15.
• C. Payment plan revenue share due thirty days from the PNEx event end date and consistent the same day every month.
• D. For quality control purposes, a database of names, phone numbers, and email along with the product and amount sold must be submitted. This list MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL to Delano A. Johnson at: delanojohnson@frasernet.com by 9:00pm, Monday, July 18, 2024. Failure to do so could possibly forfeit future PNEx speaking opportunities.
• E. For confirmation of commitment, each PowerMentor will receive an individual call from Delano A. Johnson or Gwen Maul at gwenmaul@frasernet.com
• F. PowerMentors who are assigned a PowerTalk will agree to a special training conference call with Delano A. Johnson to prepare for your talk. The date May 11 and June 11, 2024.
• G. All PowerMentors are required as part of the agreement to secure the "10 to Win" registration by May 15th.
• H. All PowerMentors will be given a special affiliate code for their registrations.
• I. All PowerMentors must attend a minimum of two trainings to prepare for the PNEx event.
• J. All PowerMentors who prepay their "10 to Win" registration by May 15th, 2024 will receive a special 10–15-minute recorded interview with Dr. Fraser and or Delano on your participation in the 2024 PNEx event.
• K. All "10 to Win" registrations must be completed by May 20th, 2024 to secure and maintain your participation as a PowerMentor.

OUR EXPECTATION FOR EXCELLENCE

Submission Requirements:

• Upload all required assets and sign this form by Feb 14th:
  • High-resolution photo and updated 75-word bio.
  • Title for your workshop (10 words or less).
  • 40-word description of your presentation/workshop.
  • Product Description, Price of Package, and sales agreement.

Expectations of Excellence:

• Timely and excellent handling of sales, business, and customer follow-up is expected. Non-compliance with our “Policy of Excellence” may result in restrictions.
