PNEx™ 2025 Policies

Registration and Pricing Policy

At the PowerNetworking™ Experience & Expo, we are committed to providing transformational, world-class experiences while maintaining accessible pricing for our community. Registration prices are subject to change without notice to reflect evolving program offerings and accessibility goals.

All registrations are securely processed and considered final and non-refundable. Registrations are, however, transferable to another individual or deferrable to the following year’s PowerNetworking™ Experience & Expo, provided that the request is made at least 30 days before the event.

FraserNET, Inc. reserves the right to adjust event programming, speakers, schedules, and included services without prior notice.

The former “Bring a Young Adult Free” benefit has been eliminated as of 2025 in favor of reducing overall registration costs to make attendance more attainable for all entrepreneurs and leaders.

Limo Services Policy (Admiral VIP Only)

Each Admiral VIP guest receives complimentary limousine service, which includes:

• One airport pick-up and drop-off within the Atlanta metropolitan area. 
• Two (2) in-city trips within a 5-mile radius of the host venue. 

Additional transportation requests beyond the two included trips are available for an additional charge and will be billed directly to the guest. Guests may request additional trips at their convenience but will assume financial responsibility for all services beyond the standard package.

Private Concierge Services Policy (Admiral VIP Only)

Admiral VIP guests receive access to a private concierge between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM local time. The concierge is available for event-related needs, personal errands, and light administrative support.

Guests may provide their concierge with a credit card for incidentals. Alternatively, incidental expenses may be billed directly to the guest’s card on file.

Requests outside the standard scope of PNEx™ duties, including but not limited to luxury shopping, exclusive dining reservations, extended excursions, or personal services, may incur additional fees and require pre-authorization or pre-payment.

FraserNET, Inc. reserves the right to decline unreasonable or extraordinary requests at its sole discretion.

General Terms of Service

• Access to all services is contingent upon payment in full before attendance. 
• Event credentials must be worn at all times for access to sessions, meals, and functions. 
• FraserNET, Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event. 
• All guests and participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. 
• By attending, you agree to allow PNEx™ to use event photography or video containing your image for promotional purposes.
