KWPP is a multi-billion- dollar residential, luxury and commercial real estate sales brokerage with over 20,000 closed transactions and over 600 associates in Upper Marlboro, Maryland (Prince George’s County). KWPP is the undisputed #1 real estate brokerage (market share, transaction, and sales volume) in Prince George’s County Maryland and one of the largest single office brokerages in America. Additionally, KWPP is ranked in the top 500 of 84,000 residential brokerages in the United States, according to the 2022 Swanepoel Real Trends Report and top 100 of all Keller Williams Realty brokerages. Its operational footprint runs throughout the Baltimore and Washington DC Metropolitan Areas, operating primarily in Prince George’s County Maryland.

His career highlights include Keller Wiliams Realty International Operating Partner Fame of Fame, Prince George’s County Association of Realtors Hall of Fame, past Vice-President, Board Member and a host of sales, leadership, and community service awards. He has committed countless hours to volunteering and serving the residents of Prince George’s County through donations of more than 30,000 dictionaries to Prince George’s County third grade students, 5 public school library rebuild/redesigns, 100 book scholarships for matriculating high school seniors, Boys and Girls Clubs, school career days, clothes, and toy donations for the homeless, and free homeownership counseling sessions. Additionally, he is a current member of the Board of Directors, Immediate Past President, and Member Emeritus of 100 Black Men of Prince George’s County Inc., and Member of Board of Trustees for Maple Springs Baptist Bible College and Seminary. Emerick has been quoted in national publications on multiple occasions, has been a guest speaker on several Washington DC and Baltimore radio and television programs, hosted a panel on C-Span and was a national speaker with Freddie Mac and several other housing organizations.

Emerick is a six-time decorated 21-year retiree from the United States Air Force. He is a 32-year resident of Prince George’s County and currently lives in Upper Marlboro with his wife of 36 years Robin.

Emerick has a signature to his life—a certain style with which he lives. It is to make the most of every chance he gets and help others to do the same. It is a lesson Emerick learned from his mother and part of the reason his blessings continue to flow. The bottom line for Emerick is the difference he makes with the chance he is given.
